The Fran and Jane name and logo are our trademarks and (save as expressly authorised by the Terms) you agree not to display or use them in any manner without our explicit prior written consent.
Prices on the website are indicative only and are subject to change. Prices on the website may differ from those in the Fran and Jane stores. All prices are unless otherwise stated, inclusive of vat and other applicable taxes. Our vat number is 4815407k.
All prices listed on franandjane.ie are correct at the time of entering the information however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Fran and Jane website. However, because the colours you will see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
All the sizes and measurements are approximate and all goods are subject to availability. The goods and promotions which are offered on the website may not be available in the stores and vice- versa.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro or Sterling. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Laser and Solo.
Fran and Jane do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than to fulfill the order. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store delivery addresses if you choose this option.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and to love shopping online with us, so please do contact us if something isn’t right and we will do our best to make it right. If you are not satisfied with the items received, Fran and Jane are happy to offer a full refund for the value of the goods if returned by post, along with the returns documentation enclosed with your purchase within 7 working days of receipt of the goods to Fran and Jane HQ.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. On return, all goods are subject to inspection by Fran and Jane and if items are damaged, worn, altered or washed, customers are no longer entitled to receive a refund. Please allow approximately 1 week to process your return after it has been received by Fran and Jane. You will receive an email confirmation from Fran and Jane as soon as your return or exchange has been processed. Our store policy is different to online, please note their refund policy differs.
Buyers are responsible for paying any postal costs of returning the item unless the item is not as described. Original shipping charges are non-refundable If you have any further comments or queries regarding your online purchase please contact info@franandjane.ie.
If you wish to exchange your online purchase for another item from Fran and Jane, please complete the exchange documentation enclosed with your purchase and return to Fran and Jane HQ along with the item to be exchanged. Please note that for security purposes Fran and Jane does not retain you payment details, hence if the value of your exchange is more/ or less than the original transaction amount we will need to contact you to process this new transaction.
Fran and Jane aim to handle all online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that some orders may take longer than others as we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We reserve the right to delay shipment for 2 days for security reasons. We also reserve the right to cancel orders without any explanation if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity surrounding the method of payment. Fran and Jane are not responsible for delays in customs clearance. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 3 working days after placing your order. Standard shipping costs are charged by Fran and Jane based on location and we do not apply additional charges based on amount of items purchased.

All Fran and Jane prices are quoted in Euro and your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically.
Fran and Jane store gift cards cannot be used online. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Unfortunately we cannot, in advance of any promotions or sales, reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order on our website.
Promotions may also differ from our online store to our stand alone stores.
As a long-term running Irish business, Fran and Jane are committed to offering its customers high quality products. Fran and Jane recognises its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating ethically.
We expect our suppliers to provide an environment which protects their employees’ human rights in regards to age, health and safety, working hours, rates of pay, terms of employment and conditions of work.
Fran and Jane will never knowingly work with a company who are in breach of these terms.
Due to the complex of our supply chain however it is not always possible to monitor and control these conditions. We do assure you though we understand how important these concerns are and we are proactive in supporting the rights of the people involved.
The Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of your use of the Site and the Services and supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements and representations (save in respect of those made fraudulently).
